The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Very clean room, room complete with ironing board hair dryer,mini fridge and staff are helpful and friendly. The only drawback is the toilet bowl shakes and are not safe.

Good location to walk to street art and street food. Very near the bus station and ferry port. Room was nice in size and cleanings Dry and wet area in bathroom..

The room was just nice for a 2 person stay for a few nights. It was clean and had enough amenities that made our stay rather comfortable. It is RIGHT OPPOSITE the Georgetown Ferry Terminal and a few mins walk from major tourist spots like Chulia Street, Armenian Street, the Clan Jetties, and Fort Cornwallis. Its location is very strategic. Our stay was very comfortable and very value for money. For a budget hotel, it is really well-maintained and definitely exceeded our expectations.

EXCELLENT LOCATION TO OUR EVENT HALL LOFT 29, INDIAN RESTAURANTS CLOSE BY. JUST OPPOSITE BUS DEPOT, SO CONVENIENT TO TRAVEL BY BUS. JUST OPPOSITE SEA AND JETTY FOR EVENING STROLL. NICE SEA VIEW FROM OUR ROOM.
